Predicting the Raptors, year after year, has been such a struggle of head versus heart.

On paper based on their regular season performance you assume they have to be better this year, they have to have learned from past errors.

And then they go and play so far below that in the playoffs.

They are for all intents and purposes the caliber of a 40-45 win team in the playoffs, no matter how many regular season games they win.  We have 6 years of evidence now that that is the case.

I bought that in years past they lost because they were starting guys like Scola and Patterson who really got exposed in the playoffs and had a lot more faith in their bench guys and other starters this year.

Lebron is single-handedly tearing the heart out of Toronto's chest right now.  These contested turnaround fadeaway jumpers are disgusting.

EDIT:  And he chucks up an airball just as I hit send.  Cool.

At this point it's just embarrassing to watch.

So much for culture reset.

This is embarrassing for the Raps. Like, going to your high school reunion thinking you're finally going to stand up to the guy who bullied you in 11th grade and then peeing your pants in front of everyone the second you see him.

If somehow we get past Philly, it is going to be a very interesting ECF.

We play terribly as well against the Cavs...weren't we blown by them just after they made the trades and we were practically healthy then save for Hayward.

Im just afraid that even if we get by Philly, for some odd reason of cosmic proportions, Playoff Al becomes average again.

Good Lord, this Raptors team is such a mentally weak, joke of a team. No heart and no character whatsoever.

IF we can get past the Sixers, we would reach the same point we did last year, but this time we would have done it minus two of our all-stars. It would be quite impressive regardless of the outcome of the Cavs series.

I agree with that 100%.
