Starting the journey over tomorrow. Combined 20+ hours of flying time but it'll be worth it in the end. Come on Celtics!  ;D

Are you flying to the game?

Super hyped for this game on Tuesday! Looking forward to see how well Tatum plays in his first game under the lights in a marquee game. We win this game if we defend well, rebound, and win the 50/50 plays. Go Celtics!!
Let's Go Celtics!!

Thank you to those who pointed out errors in the thread.  I'm still in preseason form I guess.  TP for the tips.

Just read that Chris Forsberg said that Brad hinted that the starters would be Irving, Brown, Hayward, Tatum and Horford.

Also,  Morris is expected to be out around 10 days with a sore knee.  No injury, just sore and they don't want to push it.

(Barring an Anthony Davis Trade involving some combination of Horford, Brown and/or Tatum)

Two #3 picks under 21 and an 25 year old All-NBA point guard. Plus a 27-year old All-Star and a 31-year old 4-time alum  :D

...life is good, guys. We're right in that sweet spot where the team's got both great veteran talent and excellent young prospects, but nobody realistically expects a chip.  Let's try and enjoy this one and see where the journey takes us   8)

Any word on if Lebron is playing, or still unknown as of yet?

Seems like it will be decided Tuesday.  Was only a partial participant in practice today.

What is the problem?

I don't think there is any way that LeBron would miss game one. If he has to play on one leg you know he wants to stick it to the Celts and specifically Kyrie. If we can pull this game out the Kyrie legacy will begin.....  This can be a huge statement game even if it is the first game. Go Celts! Go Kyrie! Waiting for the Hayward breakout game - this would be a perfect game.
