Wall saying in an interview he might not return to play next year due to his Achilles tear. That would mean that when he does return to Washington in 2020-21, he will be a 30 year old PG who's game is predicated on his speed and explosion that hasn't played NBA basketball in almost two calendar years.

Can we label Wall's $170 million contract the official worst current contract in the NBA and maybe the worst in league history, or do we need to wait?

I thought Mike Conley was bad back then, but I think Wall may take the cake.

Now that's the definition of a brinks truck gone wrong.

Also, should we assume the NBA will release playoff schedules and times tomorrow night or sometime Thursday? Since it's Patriots Day weekend I've got some plans but wanted to know soon when Game 1 would be to try and schedule around that lol. I assume it'll be sometime Sunday since Saturday is Bruins, Game 2 @TD Garden. But knowing when on Sunday (afternoon or evening) would be ideal too.
Last year, with the Bruins opening up on Saturday, Boston was given the early Sunday game. I think we should expect the same with the networks hoping to put Giannis, Embiid, Durant/Curry, Harden and other teams with huge superstars on their team, getting the night games on Saturday and Sunday.

There's a chance the C's get an early start Saturday game.  It's been a couple of years ('16 was the last time it happened) but they used to do a 12:30pm/3:30pm/7pm/9:30pm Saturday schedule to start the playoffs, the last couple of years it's been 3pm/5:30pm/8pm/10:30pm on Saturday though, but then again ESPN's own website currently lists NBA games for 12:30pm/3pm/5:30pm/8:30pm for this Saturday.  It's an 8pm start for the Bruins, so the C's could definitely fit in at 12:30, apparently it only takes a little more than 2 hours to change the court over.

Wow! Paul George is clutch and may have just shot Houston out of the 2 seed!

God, I'd love to see a first round matchup with OKC against either Houston or GS.

is a matchup against GSW even possible at this point? if portland wins tonight they will have a potential for the 3rd seed therefore making sure they try against sac tomorrow which could give us the 12th pick i believe, and first rd matchup could actually be okc/port

I feel like it would be pretty bad for his career if he can’t come back at all next year. Like he needs to come back for 10-15 games if it is medically possible just to get the mental part back a little

Yeah I agree with you both. It could be like last year where Bruins play 8 PM Saturday, then Celtics play like 1 PM on Sunday. OR the C's play the early game on Saturday. I guess we'll find out tonight or tomorrow?

Wow, Jamal Crawford with 51 points. He is 39 years old. That is impressive and could only happen in today's No Defense NBA.

Crawford is only averaging 7.9ppg on the season.

Terry would have been a good for them at the deadline

His jumper needs to be priority #1 while he is rehabbing.  I can only imagine how things will look if he doesn't regain his athleticism.  Hopefully he can reinvent himself during the time away.
