the picks that most send ripple effects down the board are the Knicks at #6 (who knows what they want), New Jersey at #10 who will be bummed if Westbrook and Gallinari are gone and might move, and Portland at #13 who really want Augustin but won't make it past Sactown at #12 IMO...

the other big factor toward the end of the first round is how many teams gamble on the INTL players.
