Celtics are not that good of a second seed. If Ainge can't make a move this team can't get past the second round. Can't beat Whashington, Cleveland or Toronto and they will play one of this teams in the second round. Horford is a decent player it just sucks they had to give him max money because he is not even close to a max player. He was a straight up bum tonight.

Yeah look at the refs all you want but you played stupid game. Our pick n roll coverage was disaster. IT finishing all is not acceptable in serious games. We are a regular team still....

What complete utter freaking nonsense. One horrible call on one end and then you swallow your whistle with more contact on the other end. Boston didn't lose this game...they got jobbed.

Why were we excited about Horford?

Because he's really good?

It's hard to blame a guy for missing a jumper with 0.9 seconds left.

This is what happens when you toy with opponents and play down to competition thinking you can always pull off a close game in the 4th.  Seriously i blame our team for this loss.

YOU ARE BULL****TING ME, They call THAT a foul with the game on the line???

I. Don't usually blame the refs, but this was a rob job. Cripes.

Still shouldn't have come down to that. IT simply can't force 3-4 bad shots in the 4th quarter like he did, and Brad has to go to somebody else occasionally in the 4th. Also, if our incompetent bigs could actually have just rebounded the ball once on one of those last possessions, none of that would've happened.

Do something about these issues, Danny.

Once you are labeled 'the best' you want to stay up there, and you can't do it by loafing around.

As frustrating as that last call was, what the Edited.  Profanity and masked profanity are against forum rules and may result in discipline. was that late game execution? Celtics had to put it away. You know, when we rely too much on IT, it gets to the point where teams expect that.

Refs should never dictate the last play of the game with a bail out foul call unless it is the most blatant foul call you have ever seen!!!!!!!!!! I've seen people get slapped across both the arm and the face and no call. You want to know why? Because good officials want to just have a clean game, not determine the outcome of the game

True, but this exact formula has worked so many times before.

But your basic point stands and is spot on.

Out rebounded 51 to 31, we're lucky it was that close.

15 to 4 on offensive rebounds.
