Kanter going to OKC is interesting.  Woj says more teams/players may be involved... wonder if they will re-route Kanter somewhere.

I wonder whether that means Monroe is going somewhere too.

Ira Winderman ?@IraHeatBeat

ESPN reporting Heat's pitch for Goran Dragic is Norris Cole, Josh McRoberts, Birdman and two first-round picks.

If Phoenix was bluffing to get more for Dragic, it looks like it's working.  I doubt Phoenix is too excited about taking on McRoberts' contract, though.

Wow.  That would be a insane price to pay for Dragic.  Why hasn't PHX hit "accept" yet if that's the case.

That's fools gold. The picks won't be until 2017, at the earliest, and likely protected. McRoberts is out for the year and who knows how he'll look upon his return. Birdman is a shell of himself and has another year left. Cole has struggled all year and is a FA this summer.
Fine trade for Miami, because Dragic reportedly would want to stay there... Dragic, Wade, Deng, Bosh and Whiteside is a pretty interesting team if healthy.   Would be really interesting to see them face off vs the Cavs in the playoffs.

Pat Riley is gangster.

Whiteside has been unable to play more than 25 minutes a game because of foul trouble. Wade is constantly injured. How is trading away their only big man insurance, future first rounders and depth for a team that tops out at 40 wins gangster. I think the Heat have stubbornly refused to rebuild and thought a core of Deng, Wade and Bosh would be a 50 win team in the East. Now they are 6 games under .500 regularly getting blown out and wade's durability conitinues to worsen. That is a terrible situation.

Bucks will get Michael Carter Williamsnd Tyler Ennis

That was unexpected.
It's nice seeing him get exposed as overrated after having argued with fellow fans for years that he was overrated.. but I don't hate him. I'm looking forward to seeing him [...] bounce around to a couple more teams... eventually come back to Boston[...] and helps us as a role player until he runs himself out of the league.

Brandon Knight to Phoenix?!?!?!?
Lol that would make like... no sense.   They have like 8 pg's on that team... why would they trade Dragic and get back a PG on the same day?
