No thanks. We need to feed Brown, Tatum, and Smart. Give me a big like Adams whodoesnt need the rock in his hands to be effective.

Kemba is a really good basketball player, and I like having really good basketball players on the Celtics, so I’d like it.

There aren't many players available that if we signed at their current level of production, they would make us a contender.  So IMO we need to go after some player with some unrealized potential that either they have not reached yet or their teams have not yet brought out of them.

I like Kemba as a player, but I think we've seen everything that he will become and I don't think that's enough to put us into contender status (signing him to the kind of offer he will get would leave us with a huge frontcourt hole).  So I think signing him has to be off the table.

How about getting both Kemba and Vucevic?

It would mean we lose Hayward , Rozier and the Memphis pick but I think it’s worth it.
Starting line up:
Kemba/ smart / brown / Tatum / Vucevic
Plus rookies ; semi and timelord off the bench...

Would this team be better than last years?

Hold up. What's the S&T we're doing?

Need to figure out just what we have in Jayson Tatum. I think Kemba conflicts with that. He's a high volume shooter, only Harden took more shots, although in his defense, Hornets don't really have anyone else on offense.

IMO, Kemba is a #2 and needs a Durant caliber player ahead of him to make his team a contender. Doesn't make sense to me to add him with so many other question marks.

take a short flier on Cousins, A. Bradley, and Rozier!

I can't imagine that Ainge & Brad want Cousins anywhere near our locker room.

Sign and trade is not gonna work here. Have to dump Hayward contract on the kings maybe or Memphis.. any way that’s my  not happening but truly dream case scenario

I agree that Tatum should be #1 option on offense so maybe play Kemba and Tatum together for 15 min a game maximum?

Doesn't make sense.

You're giving Kemba $30 million to not play with Tatum?

IMHO, we should be looking at 1) a big who can be a legit rim protector, 2) playmaking PG who is a distributor first, and 3) no contracts that will be in the way come 2021 when Hayward's contract is gone and a ton of big time FAs hit the market.

Me too.

But the million dollar question is, "does he fit the timeline of the Jays?" :(
