Grabbing a win on the front half of this back-to-back would be great.

Im pretty pumped about this being my 400th post. I know its not a huge milestone but I'm slowly making my way towards a star.

Philly doesn't beat you from outside.  They run, and you better get back on defense.

If the Celtics play like they did against the Hornets, Philly will win easily.  I fear that this Celtics team has started to read the press clippings.  They think that they can win by just showing up.

Boston is obviously a better team, but Philly is good enough to steal a game against a lackadasical opponent, particularly at home.

I just hope the C's don't get too interested in matchups.  The C's are the best team in the league and teams should be concerned about adapting to matchup with them, not the other way around.  If the Sixers wants to go with Brand and Speights upfront to get rebounds, the C's should still play lineups of KG and Wallace out there.  The Sixers might get a couple extra boards, but the C's will destroy them on the perimeter and ultimately open up driving lanes for Pierce and Rondo.

Spieghts is Philadelphia's best shot blocker but I agree with you about the Celtics attacking from the perimeter. The Celtics need to limit turnovers which lead to undefendable transition baskets from the opposition and gets the crowd energized. KG is a difference maker tonight.

Should be a good game tonight with our bench putting the game out of reach offensively for the lead and the first unit coming back in refreshed to put it away with their trademark lock down defense in the last of the forth .

TP FL, in appreciation ...
"Indefatigable on Defense, defines these Celtics"

As long as we can play better defense on the perimeter we'll win soundly.

The Hornets game scared me a little. I did not see the game, but any time Peja scores 26 points it's a cause for concern.

The Sixers don't pose much of a threat from behind the arc. The C's just need to move their feet and clog the paint. Then the Sixers will be toast.  ;D

Go Celtics!!

It's no chance that on the day our OLD favorite number 5 retires, we're going for our 5th straight win... Lets go Celtics. Best of health Bill.

Recording "without Bias" to watch after the game. Hopefully we win so our success now will overshadow the absence we felt becuase of his death in the late 80's.

C's better take this game serious---or we're in for our 1st loss of the season...I'm sure Philly will be ready-!!

we need to make some early season room between us and the Cavs/Lakers.

These divisional games are more important than anything, if we continue our dominance in the atlantic we're golden.
