Apologies if this has already been posted but just found this article showing the leaked photo of the Celtics new alternate city edition jerseys.
Not terrible, certainly better then some of the other alternates they had over the last few years.. but at the end of the day i'm a purist for the classic green and whites.

** Side note i'm about 99% sure I had that classic C's hat also shown in the article. Wish I still had it!

I still wish they would bring back the St Patrick's day jerseys from the Pierce/Garnett era. Those were sweet.

Wow Celtics High School. Nike has really sucked at this jersey thing. Lakers city edition still worse though.

I have a KG St. Patty's Day edition from 10 years ago. It was green with the gold gold lettering outlined in white. That jersey is awesome. This one with white background and gold outlined numbers and lettering is hideous

I'm curious to see the shorts and how the uniform comes across when presented as a whole, but I kinda like the yellow trim, which harkens back to when yellow was regularly used as a secondary color in Celtics warmups, wordmarks, and logos ('60s? '70s?) And these are a dang site better than those sleeved jerseys and the gray ones.

Like others have said, the old St Paddy’s day one was sweet. I was also a fan of the old green with black trim, as our alternative. Nike has gone a bit off here

Yuh. Agreed all. The old timey letters jerseys need to be in constant rotation though.
I wouldn't mind if we go with some totally crazy away gear like Utah last year kinda crazy (black and grey is so boring). Never at home though...

Agree on the St. Patrick’s Day ones, those were great and I never found a Pierce authentic that I always wanted. The green and black alternates back then were nicer than all the alternates bow.

I kind of like a little bit of gold thrown in. There is something about this jersey that looks like high school, though, isn't there?
Would these be in place of the gray uniforms? Those are an abomination.
