(Reminder that we passed on Alexander-Walker, picked 17th, to draft Romeo Langford at 14.)

Nickeil Alexander-Walker could make it more feasible for the Pelicans to move Lonzo Ball down the road, Scott Kushner of the New Orleans Times Picayune writes. Alexander-Walker, a first round pick in 2019, erupted for a career-high 37 points against the Clippers on Wednesday. “The big measure for young guys is not what happens when everything is rolling your way,” coach Stan Van Gundy said. “It’s what happens when you’re having a frustrating night.”

I guess the Pels were missing Zion, Lonzo and Bledsoe so the young man got 33 mins and took 23 shots. Still a good effort. Bit like Tyrese Maxey who played 43 mins and scored 39 points for Philly the other day. We had our own lil PP score 23 when playing 32 mins. If Tatum had been out and hadn't score 40 pts he probably would have scored more. I think we'll see some of these young guys shine when they get minutes this Covid inflicted season.
Any odd typos are because I suck at typing on an iPhone :D

He was one of my binkies. Glad to see this. Similarly to Shai G-A, I think he’ll flourish with opportunity.

How does his defence look? His profile seems to project into a classic big time scoring guard who can pass a bit, that package isn't exactly world-beating when it comes to providing lift to high level teams.

I can see passing on him for Romeo biting the Celtics in the butt. NAW’s game just seems much better suited for the modern game than Romeos.
