Hayward is rumored to have Dallas as a team he would like
Dallas is rumored to need someone just like Hayward
Washington is rumored to really like Okongwu, but also can use more cheap help.

so

Hayward, Poirier and #47 to Dallas (out - Tim Hardaway Jr, Wright #18, #31)
Dallas gets their 3rd guy and secondary playmaker. Now have a big three

Doncic/Brunson
Curry/MLE
Hayward/Finey Smith
KP/Kleber
WCS/Powell/Marjonovic

Wright, Edwards and #26 to Washington (Out Thomas Bryant)
Washington adds another first rounder and adds a good bench piece. Draft Okongwu at 9 and resign Wagner and the Bertrans

Wall/Wright
Beal/Robinson/Edwards
Brown Jr/Schofield
Rui/Bertrans
Okongwu/Wagner

Hardaway Jr, Bryant, TPE worth 9.4 million, #18 and #31 to Boston (out Hayward, Poirier, Edwards, #26, #47)
Celtics add a shooter off the bench who is a solid vet, and take a chance on Bryant, whose offense is excellent but needs to learn to defend.

Kemba/Hampton/Riller
Smart/Hardaway Jr
Brown/Romeo/Woodard
Tatum/GrantW/Tillman
Bryant/Theis/Timelord

Team would have
pick 14 - Hampton
pick 18 - Riller
pick 30 - Tillman
pick 31 - Woodard

and full MLE if needed

Team guys would be
1. Tatum
2. Brown
3. Kemba
4. Smart
5. Bryant
6. Theis
7. Hardaway Jr
8. MLE or TPE
9. Romeo
10. Grant W
11. Timelord
12. rookie
13. rookie
14. rookie
15. rookie

IMO a team that can boast Hardaway Jr as your 7th man is a champion contender.

For Washington, wouldn't they want the extra draft picks coming in to allow them to move up the draft in hopes of drafting Okongwu?

So Boston gets much worse. What is the motivation? Trading a near All-Star for a pair bench players? I don't get it.

I don't see Dallas paying that much for a one year rental. They want to be in the Giannis sweepstakes.

Maybe if it was 26 and 47 for pick 18 they would do it.

I don't think Boston values Bryant enough to deal 26 for him. Maybe 30.

The motivation is more picks, a better bench, and taking a gamble on a locked up only 23 year old center who already offensively fits the team perfectly.

Hayward is rumored to want out, not going to get an allstar in return for Hayward.

Also, THJ was a starter on a 43-32 team. THat is a HUGE bench improvement.

Basically taking an ECF team and adding pick 18, a 23 year old center who just put up 13.5ppg, 7.5rpg, 2apg on 58% and 40% from 3 on 2 attempts per game in 25 minutes and a 16ppg, 3.5rpg, 2apg 43% and 40% wing off the bench to it.

They are a dramatic improvement to the bench of this team, with Bryant having the potential to be a starting center. (yes needs to work on his defense, but it has been improving. )

Isn't Boston rumored to be trying to have less draft picks?

It's a little bit cleaner if it's just a two-team deal with Hardaway Jr and Kleber coming back instead of roping in Washington with Bryant (three-teamers are just a trickier needle to thread), but the general idea of this trade might not be far off.

People should be ready to be underwhelmed in a Hayward deal, but if he wants to go somewhere more willing to commit long-term money to him Boston's likely to play along. Sending him out and getting back two or three pieces that the team can likely retain as supporting cast into Tatum and Brown's primes makes a decent deal of sense.
