I admit with Doncic I don’t expect I’ll be as interested this year.

I'll focus on young talent more than anything else bcs I know this is what most ppl are interested in. But yes, there is no prospect nearly as good as Doncic.

I think this year it will be less competitive than the previous seasons.

The turkish teams will have hard time.keeping the same level of talent The turkish currency has almost zero value which makes it extremely expensive to sign big foreign names.

Nice to keep an eye on former Can role players like Gigi Datome. Alternatively feel nice that Daniel Ainge agreed with you on a Wanamaker type baller having potential to give quality NBA minutes.

Alexey Shved received offers from four NBA teams in the offseason, including a $4 million offer for one season. But these options did not suit the best scorer of the 2017-18 Euroleague, according to his agent Obrad Fimic.

Orlando could use Shved like bread. They should have offered him 8, it would help them look like a (NBA) team.

4m before taxes is a low offer for a player like Svet. My guess is he makes more in Russia

Ederson, you must be right.  Wiki  (https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alexey_Shved) says he gets 10m dollars (net) for 3 years.

ps sorry for poor editing. mobile. Fixed.

Also, it is noteworthy that reddit Euroleague sub has become a lot more active recently (mostly due to the efforts of a new mod). They have prepared a series of presentations on every Euroleague and Eurocup team with info on its roster, history and aims for the coming season.
