JEEZ, Toronto named their team after a popular movie!  If I started a franchise I would have a much better name.  Like The Baby Makers.

Anyways, good post, some of this was new to me.

Not as bad as the Anaheim Mighty Ducks...

the nets. this has to be the worst name in sports history. it basically says, "we don't give a turd."
