His name is quite unknown in mock draft sites and around late teens in DraftExpress. This guy is a 7'2" 220 lbs Center that plays in Chinese League and very young at 18 years old.

He can hit jumpers and pretty decent P/R defender on what I see so far. He isn't too shabby on blocks either.

If this guy is available around the Clippers pick, then it should be a no brainer to take him. I'd still take him even if he becomes Jianlian  Yi.

Seen mocks where he is in second rounds. Highlight videos of bigs can be difficult to judge. But even in that video he has poor defense. His height and decent athleticism bails him out. That won't be the same in the NBA. I'd expect he goes 34-45 range if he does declare just because there is some upside.

I believe Gandhi is the only person who knew about real democracy — not democracy as the right to go and buy what you want, but democracy as the responsibility to be accountable to everyone around you. Democracy begins with freedom from hunger, freedom from unemployment, freedom from fear, and freedom from hatred.

LOL at hamburgers. I suggest he hang with Sully if we ever draft him.

But the thing is, he is still in his teens. I think he still can gain muscle with his frame. He could really learn from Brad Stevens and improve his game.

  • You ain't the boss of the freakin' bedclothes.
At a late, non-lottery pick in 2016? I'm on board. Go big (and frail, and underdeveloped, and obviously 2 years away from being 2 years away) or go home.

What's the risk if it was outside the lottery?

still not worth it to me.  late 20s maybe.  Players like this, they either reach their ceiling and become what everyone thought they were or theyre out of the league in three years.

Youre talking about taking him around the same spot we picked James Young last year.  Young is by far no sure thing, but Id rather find a player like him who's basement is a solid future shooter off the bench, and still has the ceiling to become one of the better SGs in the league one day.
