This guy played phenomenal basketball in the tournament and even though he's a senior, I think he can be excellent for us with his leadership, insane speed, and ability to excel in the pick-and-roll.

Although he lacks a reliable jumpshot similar to many current members of our backcourt, I think he can be the back-up to Rondo we've sorely lacked all last season. I think we can pick him up with our second round picks.

Here is his draft express details:

What's most concerning in the scouting there is that he hasn't developed a reliable jumper and he's a bit reckless on top of being undersized for his position, but I believe he'd be a good fit here in Boston.

His vertical and speeds listed there are crazy!

Crossing my fingers that Dieng and Siva can join us next year.  :)

I don't think he's an NBA player.

Poor decision making small guard who can't shoot.

If looking at 2nd round PG's I'm much more intrigued by Myck Kabango
*CB Miami Heat*
Kyle Lowry, Dwayne Wade, 13th pick in even numbered rounds, 18th pick in odd numbered rounds.

We should get Pierre Jackson from Baylor, he is the next coming of Nate Robinson/Isaiah Thomas! He is going to be a STEAL in the middle of the second round!
Jack of all trades, master of none.

  • I'm a Paul Heyman guy.
I would not mind having him, but we don't have a second round pick. Unless we buy one.

2019 CStrong Historical Draft 2000s OKC Thunder.
PG: Jrue Holiday / Isaiah Thomas / Larry Hughes
SG: Paul George / Aaron McKie / Bradley Beal
SF: Paul Pierce / Tayshaun Prince / Brian Scalabrine
PF: LaMarcus Aldridge / Shareef Abdur-Raheem / Ben Simmons
C: Jermaine O'neal / Ben Wallace

Its funny how almost no one on this forum cares about heart or even has the ability to recognize it.

If we are buying a 2nd rounder for the purpose of getting a PG, I would wants us to pick either Lorenzo Brown (if he does not fall from the 1st) or Nate Wolters. Taller PGs who can shoot and pass.

Though I have reservations regarding picking another PG among the current draft candidates when we can utilize a 6'6" back up PG in TWill. If his current legal problems complicates the team's situation then maybe drafting a back up PG is a good one.

Exactly. Thank you. It burned me to see my Wolverines get torched by this guy but man does he play with a big heart.

  • We may as well put Tyrion in at center.

You can dominate all you want in your rec league, but chances are you aren't going to be as successful playing on your varsity high school team.

Every basketball player has heart - it is human nature to want to win. While heart/a good motor is a key aspect in drafting somebody, it isn't something that is #1 or #2 on your priorities list.
