This one stings.   Kevin Martin was one of the 3 players I wanted.   The other 2 aren't going anywhere (Iggy and Deng).

Sounds like its a done deal and 3 way.

The Kings have traded Tracy McGrady to the Knicks, sources tell Y! Sports.

Houston will receive Kevin Martin, while Sacramento will acquire Carl Landry, Larry Hughes and Joey Dorsey.

New York will also receive Sergio Rodriguez.

Marc Stein just reported that three-way deal with Knicks is done -- TMac to Knicks, Hughes to Sac, Jeffries to Hou with 2012 first and right to swap in 2011. Landry, Dorsey to Sac, Martin to Hou, no word on Sergio. Looks like Hill stays in NY.

Looks like the finer points ought to be confirmed soon.

The Houston Rockets, Sacramento Kings and New York Knicks have agreed to terms that will expand the Houston-Sacramento deal into a three-way trade that lands Tracy McGrady with the Knicks, according to NBA front-office sources.

The Knicks will acquire McGrady and Sergio Rodriguez from Sacramento, sources said.

The Rockets get Kevin Martin, Jordan Hill and Jared Jeffries from New York and will have the right to swap first-round picks with New York in 2011 as well as take on New York's 2012 first-round pick.

Sacramento obtains Houston's Carl Landry and Joey Dorsey and New York's Larry Hughes.

If that's accurate, it's a nice haul for the Rockets.

From Hollinger's Chat:

Looks like we are not latching on to that deal. Also it's insane how much cap room the Knicks will have. They got rid of Hughes and Jeffries in the deal.

Edit: Sorry if this is somewhere else.

So the Knicks would decline Sergio's qualifying offer of $2.8 million for next season, correct?

Trying to piece together their salary number for next season now.

Are they still floating around lower $20 millions on the books for next year now?

Agreed, Roy. Hill+better 2011 pick +2012 pick = makes up for losing Landry and getting stuck with Jeffries next year.

Too bad it wasn't us, that would have been sweet.

Is that with all necessary cap holds?  Sounds a bit low to me but you could be right.
