Cleveland IS the team to beat in the East.

It'll be very interesting to see how Boston do against Cleveland later this month.

I'm very much looking forward to that game. Have been since the turn of the New Year!

Did you see Varejao's temper tantrum when they called an OBVIOUS foul on him late in the 3rd?...Perk and Sheed would have both gotten Techs--or maybe tossed out of the League---but NOTHING on the flopper.

YEP---the NBA Loves LeBron and the Cavs.

On the bright side of things, Vince + Jameer continue to underwhelm ...

So I continue to feel very good about Boston's chances of beating the Magic in the playoffs.

If KG and Pierce put together a week and half stretch where they both move well, absolutely.

Jason Williams is bringing the Magic back into this
They are a better team when he's in, have been for most of the year.

Agreed -- and with Jameer Nelson failing to get back to his best ... it might be time for Orlando to consider dropping Nelson for Williams. Let Jameer take over that scoring sixth man role, the one he played so well earlier in his career. That might spark him back into form. And help the starters play better.

Something for Orlando to consider ... Jameer Nelson does not look comfortable out there. No confidence in his body. Not willing to take as much physical contact/exertion as he was in the past. Lack of explosiveness too.

Nelson really hurt them last night.

Putting Williams in the starting lineup might not be a bad idea.

I agree that Boston would have the edge over Orlando w/ or w/out HCA. I mean you guys took us to 7 last year without KG.  Despite our record against the Cavs this year I still like our chances to beat them in 7. We weren't 100% for the 1st one and last night we were on the road on a back2back. Tough spot to be in to say the least. But it's very possible that Boston and Orlando won't even meet in the PO's this year. If the playoffs started tomorrow the semis would likely be Boston/Cleveland and Orlando/Atlanta. Atlanta breaks a tie with you guys and they're very good at mopping the sorry ass teams, and they have a lot of them left in their 2nd half schedule

I'm a fan of anyone that beats LBJ, I can't stand that self centered SOB.
