So this is an argument about who should be the Cs’ fourth string center.

More like the third-string center, and since either TL or Thompson have missed 7 of the 10 games since Wagner was cut, minutes would have been there for Mo if Stevens desired to give him an actual chance to play the 5 here for more than 2-minute spurts.

I was being generous.

Thompson/TL are 1 and 1A
Kornet and Grant fight it out for 3 and 3A, depending on matchups.
Tacko and Mo are about equally playable in the next tier.

Wagner has more value than Kornet as 2nd string center. As 3rd string center used in special situations (guarding bigger centers) Kornet has more value.

He's getting minutes on a team so actively trying to lose that the are starting two centers at the same time, one of which can't rebound to save his life even though he is a legit 6'11"(Wagner) and 3 guards, none of which have a TS% over 50%.

Someone had to score in those pathetic lineups. My guess is replace Wagner with just some other scrub guy and that guy is scoring some points just like Wagner.

Danny made the right call. Mo is a bad NBA player. That's why he is getting starter minutes in Orlando.

Mo's at least a couple of years away from becoming a role player. He couldn't get on the floor for a playoff team at this point. But he's a 24 year old 7 footer that could improve. Good fit for a bad Magic team, bad fit for a playoff Celtics team.

When watching Mo play I come away with Mo is always playing "Mo basketball" which is fun and exciting and has absolutely nuthn' to do with "team basketball."
