I really hope the Lakers draw the Clippers in Round 1.

So Kawhi can trash LeBron one last time in a Battle of LA. Otherwise they'll steamroll their way to another NBA Finals. Denver is all banged up and they look like potential opponent for them.

Not a new one unless you count the guy who got carted off in the Nuggets game tonight. Just so many injuries all over the NBA this year.

Oh, thanks. I couldn't think of his name. Seems like every game I watch this year someone gets hurt.

Ooft.

I think I'm most upset about Don tbh. I was really enjoying the Jazz.

Agreed - that's the other one that just kinda sucks.

(they all suck, just those two more so than others, I feel. dunno why. maybe cuz I was enjoying their success?)

I am not a Russell Westbrook fan, but the stat line that he put up tonight needs to be recognized. In 39 mins he had 14pts, 24ast, 21 rebs. Shot 5-8 from the field, 4-4 from the line. No 3pt attempts. Ridiculous.
Simply preposterous numbers. If he can limit himself to 10-15 shots a game he'd be an epic player.

Too bad he never has been able to do that reliably nor when it matters

DAL up 21 vs MIA end of 3rd. A loss by MIA ties us in the loss column and leaves them 1 up in the W column.

The Bucks win again against the Nets.

They matchup well against Brooklyn because they defend well and have an uptempo offense. The team that defeats Brooklyn has to run in transition and wear them down on offense; by forcing them to exhaust themselves on defense, they won’t be as efficient on offense and the Bucks are already built for that.

This season is the Ironman season. The healthiest, toughest, and best conditioned team will win the Championship this year. Because of the regular season workload on the role players, the burden on the stars will be heavier in the playoffs than in normal years. The East will be up for grabs this season.

It may look like it. Better hope the lock up the 6th seed and play the Bucks.
