Poor Tony Parker got to play for the Hornets.
Do you actually feel sorry for him? I think he’s embarrassed himself, and I hope he fails
Maybe I missed something , what did he do to embarrass himself ?

Citing ‘more opportunity’ (not verbatim) as one of the reasons he wanted to play in Charlotte, despite him being stuck behind Kemba.
He seems purely motivated by selfish reasons. Another one is him wanting to play under MJ, because he was his idol. Doesn’t sit well with me at all

After the whole Erin Barry thing I’ve always disliked him

Coincidence that Spurs hired Brent Barry last week?

I didn’t see that happen. Very sneaky coincidence

Ok, is there a bench with a back court equal to Rozier and Smart anywhere in the NBA?

Right? They could both start on probably 20-25% of teams in the league (separately)

This deserves its own thread.  "The BWA Backcourt", don't mess with them!

Mook could start on a lot of teams, too. And Baynes started 67 regular season games for us last year. I think our bench is probably the strongest in the league
I'm bitter.

Incredibly geeked right now for a pre-season game. Tomorrow night cannot come soon enough.

Finally. Sheesh, this year made the 07-08' wait feel like nothing.

That Charlotte Hornets roster is so depressing. It's like I actually quite like all of their starting pieces - just not together as that group.

FYI, FLCeltsFan, when I went to go record the game on NBATV it has it listed at 7:30 pm est instead of 6:30 pm est.

  • Ashy To Classy, baby.
Charlotte's roster is, uh, not looking too good. The Tony Parker addition is funny- I guess he just wants to hang out with MJ.
My pic is now, and will be Fab Melo until he posts his first official NBA dbl-dbl. This may be permanent.
