Can’t wait for the Miami/Philly series! Philly is so overrated right now, and people are sleeping on how tough of a matchup Miami will be for the young 76ers. Calling a first game upset tonight!

Can’t wait to see if Toronto can break the game 1 curse today, too.

I´m just rooting for Kelly!
Philly definitely needs to be knocked off of that pedestal that they are already putting themselves on.  Rooting hard for Miami to take them down and get a second round series with the C's, would make for some great entertainment.

I'm not as confident as you but I think I agree. Philly went on this 16 game run at the end of the season when about a third of the league was fully in tank mode and they played an inordinate number of those teams during that stretch.

The playoffs are also going to be a different beast so we can expect some time to adjust to that. Miami has vets who know what the playoffs are like and they're a pretty tenacious team. I picked the 76ers but I wouldn't be surprised if Miami advanced.

Anyone else see Lowry and the Raptors are approaching this game 1 as a game 7?

Seems like they are psyching themselves out a bit. Maybe I'm just reading too much into it.

The whole "playoff raptors" isnt exactly something I ascribe to, but could Lowry and Derozan be letting the noise get to them?

Raptors better break their game 1 curse cuz I parlayed 2 on GSW and TOR today.

Totally forgot about that curse.

I think it depends on how many games Embiid misses.

Just saw Ty Lawson on Washington's bench. Have I missed something?

Update: Deng, the Wizards signed him "for the rest of the season" on April 11, lol.

What’s the latest word on this? The last I read it seems like they’re wanting to be cautious and not play him until game 3 in Miami.

This is exactly why I wanted to avoid the Wiz. Just too many weapons that can kill you if they are locked in.

What is the inside scoop on the relationship between Wall and Beal? To me, it seems that Wall hasn't even attempted to pass the ball to Beal.

They haven't said anything besides him being out for game 1.
