The Celtics just did not play well defensively that half but if a team is going to run down and take a three before 5 seconds  have run off the shot clock 20 something times a half and make nearly 50% of them, I guess they are going to score some points. Didn't see the defensive intensity I like from this team though in the first half. But it is only game 7 of the preseason so maybe I'm being unreasonable.

Good-luck with the interview. . . I can relate, I'm supposed to be studying for a mid-term that's worth 40% of my grade! Oh well.  ;D
That's why you go to college when your young rev, late night cramming. Here's a TP for good luck with that mid term.

Thanks! I wish I could pull the all nighters like in college but this is for a masters degree, I'm 28, married, have two little kids, and work two part-time jobs! An all nighter would probably kill me! lol!

With all the 3-pts NY takes and the total lack of D, I think they should sign Wally and just plant him behind the arc. Just throw him outlet passes and let him shot all night!

The replacement refs really suck tonight.  How could they could call that a hard one on Eddie House, but no hard foul when Galinarri grabbed Rondo's face?  Really bad.  Fortunately the Celtics are just so usperioir talent-wise that they're overcoming it.

  • Rondo doesn't believe in easy buckets...
Perkins is a clown for that one.

I'm worried that the fact that I probably will be watching this preseason game instead of preparing for my "dream job" interview tomorrow is the sign of a problem.   :-\

Good luck on your interview tomorrow. Here's a TP :-)

Hey Twinbree, Nickagenta and all for the karma!  I feel more confident already!  And besides that, I'm enjoying this second half.  8)

Agreed, and that Rondo steal and NO travel, whistled as a travel had me shaking my head  ???

With all the 3-pts NY takes and the total lack of D, I think they should sign Wally and just plant him behind the arc. Just throw him outlet passes and let him shot all night!

Only if he just stays on the offensive end, don't even run back on defense.

Yeah, that's what I'm saying, literally plant him at his sweet spot and don't have him move (accept for the occasional blue steel look into the camera).

i do this with Ray in Nba2k10 against the 76ers, teams so bad at shooting but the 1 open guy just keeps taking the three anyways.

I'm so glad this is a pre-season game with replacement refs.  I keep reminding myself "no reason to throw things" or "no reason to be upset."  And so far it's working!
