Well, this will be the last pre-season chance to see all of our guys playing in a rotation.  That Wednesday night game ought to be potpourri.
Yup, im curious how tomorrow the bench will play out against (probably) Clevelands starters

Yep, that's the fun in the preseason, for sure.  I want to see House and Giddens especially with extended time.

On closer reading, you're talking about the B team.  Wonder if Cleveland will cooperate and play its starters and if all five of ours will sit.  If so I'd guess Doc'd throw Scal in with the second team.  If Cleveland's starters play, he might be better off playing Daniels at the three and starting Hudson--but I don't think he'd ever do that.

I'm worried that the fact that I probably will be watching this preseason game instead of preparing for my "dream job" interview tomorrow is the sign of a problem.   :-\

Go Celtics!

And props to all those who took the opportunity presented by Celticsclay and pondered the deeper meaning of a Sweeney, Curry and James front court.  They'd have to do something about the 3-second rule for that crew.  I'm not sure there would be enough room for all three to avoid being in the paint.

I think Doc should just use every ridiculous lineup he can think of, Scal,BBD,KG,Sheed,Perk. Don't give the Cavs anything on any of our units.

Think Eddie's gonna go with no headband again?

It might work for him.
Philly:

Anderson Varejao    Tiago Splitter    Matt Bonner
David West    Kenyon Martin    Brad Miller
Andre Iguodala    Josh Childress    Marquis Daniels
Dwyane Wade    Leandro Barbosa
Kirk Hinrich    Toney Douglas   + the legendary Kevin McHale

Donny just said Daniels can play 2, 3, maybe 4 positions.

Marquis at Power Forward?  I don't think so.

Which is why I don't watch pre-game shows. I strongly dislike Tanguay and Donny.

Greg's my boy, though.. He's from the town over from my city.

If it was Antoine playing PG instead of Scals, then it'd be fun. I used to love watching Toine pass the ball.

Tommy was just mentioning that Rasheed, Baby and Eddie were all averaging over 10 PPG in the preseason and it got me wondering.

Does anyone think the C's could actually have 8 players average in double figures this year?

& is tough but quite doable with this team but we have 4 guys that are easily capable of averaging 10 PPG or more if the minutes are dispersed correctly and there are as many 110+ scoring nights as I think there will be.

I do really, really like this mans game and versatility especially as to how he fits in so very well to the Celtics needs!

That said, Donny shouldn't be hyping the man with the 4th position in addition to his three!

He could play 4 against some of those west coast run and gun teams. Esspecially since their PFs only shoot threes and can't rebound.
