Brown can’t guard TJ.

He honestly can't guard many people anymore.

That's another thing that separates him from JT. JT still makes a difference defensively with his length and more intelligent defense. JB's defensive effort and impact has substantially dropped the more offensive responsibility he gets. He was always an iffy team defender, but it seems like he can't even stay in front of his individual man now, which has long been a strength for him.
