The strongest guy from what I have found would be Ben Wallace and Dwight Howard, But ive read that the 5 5 earl boykins can bench 320.http://dimemag.com/2008/11/the-ten-strongest-guys-in-the-nba/, . Something i ask myself is if jumping ability should be count in the strength equation as well as speed, the logic being that jumping and speed require great amounts of explosiveness.

Now for the boston celtics id go with Big baby for the strongest (im not counting jumping abilitie), however Perkins and pierce they both look prettty strong too so i dont know.

My jaw just about hit the floor when I read that.  Really?  That would be like bench pressing Shaq.  i would love to see that: Early Boykins bench pressing Shaq.
Celtics fan for life.

That list is from 2008, so I don't think you can really take Ben Wallace seriously on that anymore.

Also, for my money, it goes:

1) DaJuan Blair

Boykins has short arms, that's why he can bench so much. Very small range of motion.

320 isn't even that much. Guys on my High school basketball team lifted that so I'd hope that NBA players could do a little more. If we are talking pure strength it's gotta be Glen Davis. I mean the guy body slammed Shaq when he was 15 years old.

Yup.  You can't emphasize how much of a difference short arms make when it comes to benching.

I would have to put Chuck Hayes on that list. He's 6'6 and he plays center. Dude is a beast

Horford was actually a guy that came to mind for me.  Nice to see him on that list.  Guy's pretty ripped.

I may sound like one of those casual fans and be going the easy way out, but it's easily LeBron...
