Nate McMillan is doing a great job with this team.
Once you are labeled 'the best' you want to stay up there, and you can't do it by loafing around.

None of them want to box out. They all want the rebound nobody looks to see who from Indy is trying to get it

Refs letting all the physicality go completely. Just three fouls in the whole quarter, none by Pacers.

Have no problem with "No blood, no foul" officiating. Just keep it that way for both teams and for the whole game.

I always liked his coaching even back in the Brandon Roy Blazers era. His team always shows grit.
