I actually like our roster and I think have a very strong nine man rotation:
Rondo/Dooling
Allen/Quis
Pierce/Quis
KG/Bass
ONeal/Wilcox
I can see this rotation being very effective. Quis can play the 2 or 3 and easily share the floor with either Allen or Pierce. I love Bass and Wilcox off the bench. I also am looking forward to seeing Dooling actually run and command the offense for a change. Something Delonte, Robinson and even going back to Marbury couldn't do here in Green. Im optimistic about these 9 guys.
We've got a decent bench. I'd be happier with a scorer -- which would have been Green in an ideal situation. Who knows, if Moore continues to look sharp, he might get some minutes behind Ray and allow Quisy to focus on playing SF.

We need to bring in one more player to replace Jeff Green. It's not Nate, who has character issues that the Celtics are avoiding like the plague(eventhough, I like to have him still than Avery 'Brick' Bradley). We're certainly not touching Iverson with a ten foot pole(though it wouldn't hurt to try). Right now we have no one who can cover Lebron in transition, and the Heat love nothing more than to outlet the ball to the other side of the court with Lebron out-running everyone for the easy 2.
Ideally we land:
1 Kirelenko (shut down defender, experienced, starter worthy)
2 Al Thornton (young, athletic, active on defence)
3 Joey Graham (ughhhh.... young, athletic, drops alot on the lakers???)
4 Julian Wright (height, athletic, active on defence)
5 Mikeal Pietrus (knock down shooter, clutch, most reliable)
6 James Posey (Celtic hearted player, shooter, old veteran, laid back)
7 Jamario Moon (crowd player, highlight reel, run in transition with Rondo, young, laid back)
I would take AK47 or Mike Pete, Especially Micheal Pietrus from his playoff performances and clutch factor evidence.
Lets Now Look @ some Bigs
1 Joel Pryzbilla (Laid Back, Great Board-Grabber, Height Adjuster)
2 Micheal Sweetney (Veteran,Experience, Foul Eater, Big Banger in the post)
3 Erik Dampier (Veteran, Experienced)
4 Ray Hollins (Athletic, young, laid back)
5 Kyrylo Fesenko (Nice Extra Foul Eater)
6 DJ Mbenga (certainly no help from him)
7 Samuel Dalembert (Starter worthy, Laid back, Nice team player, veteran, experienced, best pick if worth less money)
I would like to get Pryz out of 'retirement' if possible to shore up the frontcourt. But my pick is definitely Dalembert if we can afford him. Your opinions?
