While I would love for us to get the one seed, people seemingly have forgot that we advanced to the Finals last year thanks to two separate big wins on the road in Game 6 in Milwaukee and Game 7 in Miami in the ECF.

So, yeah, while the one seed would definitely be nice to have that security, I think people are clearly having short term memory about us overcoming that last year.

Yeah that's a fair point. Tbh I think HCA has become a bit overrated in recent years too. Teams typically win on the road more often than before especially between Games 1-4 (how many series did we see last year go 1-1 or 2-2 after the first 2 or 4 games)

I still prefer it only because then you have those very pivotal Game 5 and 7s at home. I mean I think we were all nervous wrecks going into Game 7 at Miami lol. And yeah, I know we won Game 6 at MIL, but I still believe having Game 7 at home is what really helped us win the series. Idk if we win a Game 7 AT Milwaukee

Idk, maybe we have a strong 2nd half and put them away then.

But it's not exactly encouraging that we're in a very close game against SAS, even without Tatum. We should be blowing them out or up double digits. SAS is also missing their best scorer

Didn’t Smart give Bonnet a groin shot one time in San Antonio?
