Why don't they just play AD for 1 minute and sit his ass the rest of the game. Problem solved.

Apparently league rules say he has to play at least 25 MPG, otherwise they get fined if he plays less unless he gets injured.

They did that yesterday playing him exactly 25 minutes lol.

It's such a joke.  I wish the Pelicans could give Davis the most disjointed 25 minutes possible (without any repercussions).  Have him come off the bench with 5 mins left in the first quarter.  Let him play 15 of the next 17 minutes to close out the first half.  Then play him the first 10 minutes of the 3rd quarter and call it a day.

Probably not the best idea for the fan experience though.

They play the Lakers at LA in a couple weeks. I HOPE that New Orleans sits him for the entire game to avoid the LA "cheering". Please New Orleans let's do that!!

Davis will be coming down with a bad case of plantar fasciitis very soon. Poor guy will be out the rest of the year as he rehabs on his own with a private therapy group away from the team.

So much for those fines.

That only works if AD agrees to it and AD says he wants to play.

Very true, unless he gets sick of hearing all the crap. That locker room has got to be one of the 2 most toxic locker rooms in the league, along with the Lakers, as well.

We will see.

Toxic locker rooms and losing culture gets way overplayed by fans.  I don't think either of those locker rooms are toxic.  After getting destroyed by Indy, Rondo calls a practice that by all accounts goes very well and when they beat us they sure didn't look downcast or disgruntled.  AD is not the type to be disruptive in a locker room and I doubt any of their players begrudge him wanting a trade.  Jrue Holiday is a class act so I doubt he'd let that locker room get toxic.

AD did agree to not to play in B2Bs and I expect after the all-star break when the Pels have no chance at the playoffs he'll agree to be shutdown.

While I fully support a player's right to demand a trade, if I was the Pelicans GM, the minute this went public I would have suspended Davis for conduct detrimental to the team.

Let the players union try to fight it if they want.  The league fined Davis for his agents actions, so I have to think the union would have little leverage there.

Haha it’s in our best interests if the Lakers win.  76rs of course get closer to us in the standings, Lakers inch closer to the Kings because we also don’t want them to pass the Clippers this season.  Stressful!

Hate saying it but Kuzma is good. I don’t think it is clear that Tatum is better (not talking about age)

23 points in the 1st quarter by Kuzma?

This guy is a real stud. No question surpasses Brown. Looks like he's about to pass Tatum as well.
