If The Lakers could play defense they would be dangerous....

This Sixers/Kings game is a bit of a win/win or lose/lose for us, depending upon your philosophical perspective. Sixers losing to the Kings would help us in the East standings, but it would hurt the Kings' pick, which could be instrumental in any AD trade.

A real Sophie's Choice decision for who to root for here!  :o

Monte Morris should be a trade target for the Celts.

LeBron sitting out because he can't fathom losing to the Warriors again. Notice how he hasn't played in most of the games with the Warriors this year.

I've noticed something else- as the Lakers started losing and lost their playoff seeding, mr never injured suddenly got "injured." he doesn't want to be blamed as the reason for a team not making the playoffs. It wouldn't be "goat-like" for a goat to not make the playoffs

I'm actually curious if Lebrons willing to tank this season to enter the draft lottery. There, he knows his buddy Silver will rig it and give the Lakers the #1 pick

Welp, the Kings won against Philly. Sucks for the Kings pick, but a win tomorrow will put us in third place in the East!

Lol two ways to look at this:

(a) Like everything else that we have seen this week, this is a calculated move by Paul and Lebron to meet their goal of getting Walton fired, likely leading to another ClutchSports product (Mark Jackson) stepping in as coach; or

(b) This was an inevitability, given the volatile characters they stuffed that locker room with.

I think this is a bit of both. I guarantee Lebron and Paul have been sowing some discontent trying to get more support for getting Walton out of there, but I also think that's easy given the characters they have in that locker room. Just look at Shams' report of who was involved:

Veterans, including Beasley, JaVale McGee and Lance Stephenson, challenged Walton in postgame locker room, sources said. Those involved were separated before anything escalated.

But, yes, AD, this is clearly the "best" situation and environment for you moving forward  ;D

Man, if Lakers go after another Klutch guy to be coach they are going to look sooooooo bad in the eyes of NBA managements etc. An agency (basically managed by Lebron) is legit running the Lakers. The Lakers sold their soul to Lebron.

So wait, you mean to tell me signing a bunch of hot headed boneheads on the same team has caused a dysfunctional locker room? Lol
