When are ppl going to realize that TimeLord is not that good nor he ever will be..I been hoping Celtics would move pass him & hoping they would keep Moses Brown over him

Why? Because he didn't look good in pre-season?

The Moses Brown who is behind Dwight Powell, Porzingis, Cauley-Stein, and probably Boban for playing time in Dallas? That Moses Brown?

Parker is a dog in the way they used to use the term- the opposite of how we use it today.  He always plays with 100% effort when there are possible points to be scored, but he quits on so many plays where scoring isn't involved and fakes like he's giving effort at other times.  He's a losing player.  And even though he can score a lot of points per minute, it's ugly to me.  Plus he's always complaining to the refs.  Yuck.

My biggest disappointment so far is Ime Udoka not confronting the refs in last night's game. They were really bad. He needed to pull a Pop and get at least one tech.

He was a +22 last night.

And he has looked good in quite a few games last year.   One thing he is is able to rim protect to such a level that his production is less important.  I think he will be fine, new system, new players around him.   I don't even think we are looking for him yet.

I think that he affects the game when he's in there. I don't like the two big line up because it makes Kanter the main backup center. I like TIMELORD and Hernangomez starting with Horford coming off the bench with Schroder. Without Jaylen and Schroder playing I guess you need Horford's offense in the starting lineup.

I agree. He impacted the game without even any fg attempts.

Did a good job guarding out on the floor, including demonstrating that rare skill of his, blocking a jumpshooter. Five rebounds in 20 minutes is good production, but he was an outstanding rebounder on both boards in 900-plus minutes last season.

Raw plus/minus isn’t close to being a definitive stat (Because it doesn’t control for who else is on the floor), but if you’re leading the team in that stat, as he did last night, you’re doing a lot of good things.
'I was proud of Marcus Smart. He did a great job of keeping us together. He might not get credit for this game, but the pace that he played at, and his playcalling, some of the plays that he called were great. We obviously have to rely on him, so I’m definitely looking forward to Marcus leading this team in that role.' - Jaylen Brown, January 2021

I used love ol Doc getting mad and going to battle with the refs .

Sometimes  they need a good tongue whipping to even up the lopsided calls.

Go ahead Ime tell em how you really feel  !  LOL

Yep, our defence was clearly much better with him on the court. He was really altering the looks FVV and Dragic were getting.
