I think he's out of position at pf.  He's a center.  Undersized, but that's the way it is.  He lacks the lateral mobility to defend quicker pfs, and gets into foul trouble.

True. Jefferson is better suited to defend centers, he's too slow-footed to guard the 4. He's a huge defensive liability at both positions though.

Like I said, I love him on the Wolves... but he still has a long way to go before he's a superstar... I think he can get there though, he just needs the right mindset and willingness to do the little things.

Agreed.

Imagine if the Wolves had taken Lopez.

They'd be taking a worse player.

Love is better than Lopez-- way better.

Wolves win again tonight.  Double double for Big Al, albeit against a depleted Milwaukee lineup.  But a win is a win, and 10 out of 12 ain't too shabby.

Don't think he'll get the initial pick, but hoping he gets the nod as the injury replacement for Yao.  This latest 10-2 run has helped his chances a lot, and Stern is always looking to push new stars, so he might have a shot at a commish pick.

Please don't jynx it.  If Stern gets behind Big Al and he starts taking 4 steps per play I can't root for him anymore.
