This is a beatable team. They almost got beat last year in 2 different playoff series where if a shot or 2 could have changed the outcome and eliminated them

This year they look vulnerable

Well their 26 point comeback against us doesn't look so bad now does it  ;D

Boogie's injury is severe enough for him to be gone for the year. Warriors are surely going to lose early in the postseason rather than in the NBA Finals.

And not to the Clippers.

Although it would be something if Warriors win Games 3 and 4, before going on to blow Game 5, 6, and 7 in the first-round.

Would be shocked to see them lose a series unless Durant or Curry is hobbled

Houston in Round 2 got a lot more interesting with Cousins out.
2023 Historical Draft - Brooklyn Nets - 9th pick

Bigs - Pau, Amar'e, Issel, McGinnis, Roundfield
Wings - Dantley, Bowen, J. Jackson
Guards - Cheeks, Petrovic, Buse, Rip

It's always the same with Boggie Cousins.
He seems to be a great player, but he never delivered when the stakes are high. I never like to see injuries, but, he is such a frustrating player for his own teams.

Sacramento - they tried to build around him and failed
New Orleans - they tried to save Davis from leaving, by inserting him in and failed
Golden State - they rehabilitated and waited for him for almost a year and he didn't make it.

It will be interesting to see which other team thinks he is their guy (perhaps LAL with their chances of big FA name dropping). Now it is hard to see him signing a long term deal.

I still think they get out of this series against the Clippers unscathed... The fact that they are able to build a large distance between them and the Clippers in both games speak volumes.. I'd say 4-2 is their final count.

But round 2 is going to be an MMA type affair... I really do not see a big advantage at all from a talent perspective.. Houston has definitely learned their lesson from last Yr and is itching to get their revenge.. Would be very surprise if it does not reach 7.

While it’s fair to be frustrated by him, I don’t think he has any responsibility for the injury.

Despite how great this Warriors team is I just kinda find it funny they like to always be listed on the wrong side of the history books.

Only team to reach 73 wins and not win a championship.

Only team to lose a Finals series when leading 3-1.

Only team to lose a playoff game when leading by 31 with less than 8 min left in the 2nd half... An 0.01% probability in the NBA... And suddenly I feel great bout our Kings pick ending up in the 2 to 4 range.

I def think Boogie is gone for the year with a quad tear, but he's luxury for the Warriors. Not a necessity. They've still got enough to win it all comfortably.

It would be hilarious if the Warriors lost in the 1st round. KD not coming back would be pretty much at 95% lol

There is one major thing that GSW needs right now, its actually glaringly obvious.

They need Gordon Hayward.

And they need to get rid of Durant

The Warriors are vulnerable but they aren't just "another team".  Instead, they are likely the least hungry team in the entire postseason.  Houston has a real chance because they need to win it now.
