I would like to spend our available money on guys who can add some scoring off the bench.

He’s from Connecticut and played at Providence.

It's funny how many people back then were ready to burn Danny at the stake for picking Brown.

One of my rare (ok medium quantity) misses... ;D
Thank God for Danny in that year's draft :)

edit:  what happened to coach bo?  He was the primary stake burnesr iirc.  I'm always positive post draft, even I don't get what I'd hoped...but Bo went ballistic..

I personally liked Dunn and Bender better (good thing I'm not a GM haha.) When we picked Brown, I was slightly disappointed until I saw an interview with him at Summer league. It hit me that he just gets it. Now look at my signature haha. I love Jaylen Brown.

I try to be positive about our choices post draft too. It doesn't make sense to me to be negative about a guy we haven't even played for us yet.

He's a really good defender. Depends on a number of things, including the draft and resigning Wanamaker.

Still, he's become one of the best perimeter defenders in the NBA. I think CBS could help his offense quite a bit. Imagine rotation Jaylen Brown, Jayson Tatum, Marcus Smart, and then Kris Dunn on some of the best guards in the NBA.

I must admit that I too drank the Bender coolaid. That and loving Hezonja in 2015 weren't my best draft moments.
