If Iam the Pelicans

I have a price in mind right now

and if someone is willing to meet this .... then I would pull the trigger

Example
-Kuzma, Ingram, Ball, future 1st
-Middleton, Brogdon, Maker, Divicenzo

If these teams are crazy enough to strip their team dry in hopes to land Davis

If Davis is not traded by the deadline....then Celts are lucky and will get to see the river card.  Still I don't think it will be all easy after that.  Have to wait for Irving to sign an extension (the same suspense people had to experience with Durant, Hayward etc).  Then Danny will try to pry Davis for the least.... meaning not giving up both Brown, Tatum and multiple 1sts  ....  I hope the Pelicans don't think , this is going to be a slam dunk in dealing with Danny and the Celtics

Your Bucks offer is straight trash, and I’m sure you don’t even realize why.

Trash to you because you dont know anything

Other than Giannis who are the Bucks next assets?

Then go back to my answer
I hope you know Middleton is an expiring who will demand heaps of money. Not sure why the Bucks would want 2 FA headaches in Randle and Middleton

Bingo.

I was going to try to let him figure it out, but thanks for helping him out.

Let's not get personal! No insulting people or their ideas. Keep it to the subject at hand.

Then you pay him

Middleton is a nice talent

Bucks are not this good just bc of Giannis

Middleton, Brogdon, Maker, Devicenzo and 2 1sts

I would still rather take Ingram, Ball, Kuzma

But Bucks deal is pretty good

Just like the Pelicans can pay Davis, but he doesn’t want to be there. What assurances do you have that Middleton will take your money when he can get the same amount, save 1 year, from other teams?

Brogdon is already 26. Maker is a scrub benchwarmer. DD is a low ceiling guy who may one day make it as a combo guard off-the-bench, and the two picks will be in the 26-30.

Again, you may want to re-examine what you consider a good offer for a top 5 player.

I trade him in a heartbeat if it gets us AD, adding AD and subtracting Irving makes this team better

You are not getting AD to resign in Boston without kyrie being here. The 2 are linked.

Exactly.

The "trade Kyrie stuff" makes zero sense if you want AD in & staying in Boston.

And exactly how does that make the team better?

Why would AD want to play with the Celts if Kyrie isn't here?

made the EC finals without Irving, so adding AD gets them over the hump. I do believe a winning will be enough to resign him
