From an italian site
http://sport.alice.it/basket/montegranaro-sogna-in-arrivo-shawn-kemp.html

It says that Montegranaro (first division team) is about to sign Kemp who (as the article say) is in top form.

He reportedly worked Spencer Hawes over in a charity game earlier this summer. It was in Seattle, from the video, he had a few nice blocks getting up around the rim. But he's lost a lot of elevation (no longer an above the rim player), you could see how hard he was working to get good shot attempts up around the rim. He couldn't just power it down like he used to. Showed good intelligence and timing though.

  • I left Indiana. Because it was horrible.
The women of Italy must be forewarned.  In 20 years we're gonna get hit with an influx of half-Italian rim rockers with weight problems.  Chad Ford's head will explode.
CB Draft Bucks: Chris Paul, Dwight Howard, Tobias Harris, Zach LaVine, Aaron Afflalo, Jeff Green, Donatas Motiejunas, Jarrett Jack, Frank Kaminsky, Lance Stephenson, JaVale McGee, Shane Larkin, Nick Young

DKC Bucks. Also terrible.

Time to invest into Trojan stocks.

Italian women and pasta is an explosive combination for Kemp.

Montegranaro is a nice story. In proportion, they are like the Green Bay Packers of italian baskebtall (without the titles). A very small village - a 10.000 population - where everybody loves baketball. Often they have more people in the stands than Milano or Roma clubs.

Good for Kemp. He's had his issues, of course, but he's worked hard to get back into shape and he's willing to go overseas for it. Hope he does well.

It seems that neither has happened.
He is more out off shape than in and travels to US frequently. As you can imagine the club is not happy and 99% Kemp won`t stay in Italy.

I think he was playing for Seattle in 3ba.

I had no idea what 3ba before I read about Kemp playing in it, so I assume it's a pretty new league. If I'm not the only one who didn't know about it, I think it's a bit like the And1 MixTape Tour, except with a few different teams from differenct cities. It's 3 on 3 basketball full court (smaller court-and proper rules I think) professional game.
Anything is possible!!!

Thanks KW,
He doesn't look too bad but he's got to be at least 36 now...
