There's two main things to take away from this Draymond quote...

1 - Kelly and his teammates can deny all they want about him being a dirty player, but players around the league think he's dirty.  That's just a fact.  If you look close enough and listen close enough to stories and quotes from players around the league, he's absolutely considered dirty amongst his contemporaries.

2 - Draymond Green has clearly detached himself from reality.  If he had said "yeah he's a dirty player" and then just left it at that, then I think the quote isn't that big of a deal.  But the fact that he called Olynyk a dirty player AND said he had no respect for guys like that...when this dude has a legit full-on issue with kicking guys in the nuts...that's just so unbelievable hypocritical that it's laughable.

Assertion without argument.

Unless this is backed up by data it is simply one person's opinion.

If it is a fact, prove it.

Do you have a study where people are asked in a controlled setting whether each NBA player is dirty?

Anecdote is not the plural of data.

NBA thinks KO is a dirty player.

Celtics fans think KO is soft.

...both can't be true.

I've laughed harder over this thread than any in Celtics Blog history, including the Anna Horford mic-drop moment.

Coined the CelticsBlog term, "Euromistake."

one of the softest Celtics I can remember.

he is clumsey and gets in the way of himself and plays .

flopping and dirty are two differnt things.

green is not smart enough to know the difference .   small IQ

Haha ! I Jumped here when i read about it.

I lost the little bit of respect I still had for him as a player.

What a son of a b****. Guy kicks people in the jewels, trash talks the crowd and gives lessons around the league.

I'm seriously pi**ed by the Golden State Warriors players who think they are above everyone else.

And of course, I wish from the botton of my heart they fail in their quest for the title this year.

...aaaah feels good to say it !

Woops, sorry Al! Lol. I remember his wife tweeting before and assumed it was her. Solid sister, though.

Draymond is a very classy player, highly regarded and respected in the NBA world so I am SURE his assessment on a "dirty player" fits the description perfectly.

This whole thing is a problem, because the more people say it, the more it becomes entrenched as truth around the whole NBA community, regardless of its actual merit. At this point, I think this thing is going to follow Kelly around his whole career.
