Thanasis Antetokounmpo signed a fully guaranteed two-year, $3 million deal with the Milwaukee Bucks.

Thanasis Antetokounmpo is the older brother of Giannis Antetokounmpo.

The elder Antetokounmpo lead Panathinaikos to two straight Greek Basket League titles.

Reminds me of when the Suns signed Zoran Dragic to something similar.  Both Dragices were gone by the trade deadline.

He’s athletic and has good size for a wing. Could be a good 1v1 defender if used right. Has zero offensive game and can’t shoot. But props to the Bucks for pulling out all the stops to get Giannis happy.

I think he can actually play which makes this a bit different than some of those other situations.  Could be a solid defender off the bench for them.  Those guys are pretty valuable as minimum contract players (though obviously if he could shoot he would be far more valuable though probably wouldn't be signing for a minimum either).

He was a fine contributor, but with slightly more than 10 mpg, he didn´t exactly "lead"
