Looking to the offseason here a bit. I'm going to assume that Marbury is not going to be here next year and that Pruitt doesn't have a future here. So how about C.J. Watson? I believe his contract is up at the end of the year with Golden State. He's a young talented point guard that would make a great back up to Rondo. In the time that he's been starting for the injured Joe Crawford he's put up some ridiculous numbers (38 points, 9 assists and 7 rebounds in a win against Utah) and just the last game he put up 20 and 12 assists. I mean assuming we can beat Golden State making an offer for him I think it would be well worth it.
CB Draft - New York Knicks
PG: George Hill / Nate Robinson
SG: Dwyane Wade / Gerald Henderson / Christian Eyenga
SF:  Grant Hill / Paul George / Earl Clark
PF:  Kenyon Martin / Jordan Hill / (Earl Clark)
C:   Greg Oden / Kurt Thomas / Hilton Armstong

i think we just keep rotating through old veteran PG's who were good starters earlier in thier careers.

Yeah, this is my feeling as well.  My guess is CJ Watson will be too pricey for the position, plus he lacks the experience necessary.
Celtics fan for life.

I'd rather keep Marbury or Pruitt as backups and go after guys like Marion and Rasheed Wallace for cheap money.  Get Sheed as a backup center and resign Baby or Leon (probably can't keep both).  Then get a backup SF like Grant Hill or maybe even Artest would be nutty enough to sign here.  I'd take Sheed and Artest on this team if they're cheap.  Heck, Marbury seems like a saint here, why couldn't the same happen with those other guys?

Is Brevin Knight a free agent?

CJ would be an interesting pickup. I do think we'll be rotating vet pgs though.

Sheed and Hill would be great pickups this off-season. Marion would be fine too (Posey part 2 in some ways).
