Sounds like if Kyrie stays, i want out..if he Kyrie leaves, I stay
this

He sees the writing on the wall

The way he disses the coaching play decision  is a veiled way of saying he doesn't want to play with kyrie

Exactly.

And Rozier could still walk this summer for nothing.

"Time of possession per game
Terry Rozier: 3.7 minutes
Gordon Hayward 2 minutes

Touches per game
Rozier: 51.9
Hayward: 45.5"

This narrative that Hayward had the ball in his hands more than Rozier is just false. I'd really like to see the passes per game stats between the two as well
everyone got so sensitive after 9-11... thanks alot bin laden

What drives me absolutely crazy about Rozier is when he walks the ball up and then by the time he gets into the play, the shot clock is down under 15 seconds.  And generally when he was on the court, Hayward wasn't touching it much. Put him and Morris out together and no one else was touching it.

I could see Rozier feeling like a lame duck once Kyrie announced he planned to resign. He probably felt that the only chance he will get is if there are injuries to Kyrie and smart... he had a few opportunities and looked ok when they were out..
He does come as unprepared and no being able to answer the right way...

Last summer I actually kinda hooked up with one of his college sports program advisors in university of Louisville ... she told me he is a good kid despite his dad being in prison for so long....

Name a few teams that will give Rozier a $12+ Million contract offer...cause Danny will match that...unless it's $15+ Mil.
Larry Bird was Greater than you think.

I cannot see Danny matching a 12+ million dollar contract.

That would be incredibly stupid.

Unless he plans on immediately trading him.

Well, we're over the cap--so Danny might need the "asset"...be a shame to lose him for nothing. Also, I believe the C's offered him that money earlier-which he turned down.

Rozier has to be one of my all time least favorite Celtics.

Kyrie's not far behind.

That could be a list. Antoine Walker is definitely in the TR3 category for me.

Kyrie isn't doing well either, but for now his grade is incomplete.

Probably because yall can't identify players with heart and prefer to watch a bunch of softies get humiliated.

So, Antoine is a player with heart who was a real competitor. Okayyy.

Antoine was in love with his own shot, and never had the discipline to become what he coulda been. He’s not in the same universe as anybody on the 80s title team.

Let's assume Irving leaves and there's no real opportunity to trade for another star this off-season.  In this case I would be surprised to see Ainge let Rozier walk for $12 million per year.  Worst case scenario the Celtics have additional salary that can be used in future trades.  The cap is also projected to jump to $118 million going into the 2020 off-season, so $12 million per year isn't exactly cost prohibitive for the Celtics.

A lot of this could depend on what happens with Horford.  If he negotiates a new deal for $20 million or less, the Celtics will have some cap space to work with.  Ainge might opt for a different free agent or two, which could result in the Celtics relinquishing Rozier's rights as an RFA.

This makes it so much easier for me to move from Terry.

He's so full of himself.
