Smart came up big tonight

Sure did - and wasn't chucking them, either....seemed to play in control.

Also big time props to GWill for filling in for Kanter who couldn't go after Theis fouled out.  His statline shows that he did nothing, but he came up with some big defensive plays in OT.

So we've taken down MIL, 76ers, Lakers and NOW the Clips.

Great game C's!!

Different from last year when we seemed to struggle mightily against great teams
Win or lose this was a big night because of what Tatum did. It all went through him which I think is going to be their blueprint moving forward. With him as the #1 option, all these other guys become even more effective.  You can't guard all of them.

Tatum is 100% getting a designated rookie max extension

Yeah, it was questionable going into the season, but he's absolutely showed this year that he's a future top-10 and I would say even a top-5 guy in this league. Not only is his offensive game very multifaceted, but he's also a two-way player.

I absolutely think he has a MVP-level ceiling after watching him over the past few months. And he's only going to get better.

Yeah, he's improved on both ends but really has come far on that defensive end!

Amazing game!!!

We could be witnessing JTs transition into a superstar!

The last couple weeks he’s taken a leap. It’s something else.

Celtics lose this game with Kyrie Irving and Al Horford obviously

For sure with Kyrie

Wouldnt let Tatum take the last shot... after one miss

Agree. And while he’s overmatched against Harrell, he defended Williams 1 on 1 and did pretty well.

Oh Gawd, time for the studio clown show at the All-Star game site. Bad combination.
The Four Celtic Generals:
Russell - Cowens - Bird - Garnett

The Four Celtic Lieutenants:
Cousy - Havlicek - McHale - Pierce

Hayward came up huge at the end of that game with the 3, the block, the rebound and the steal!!!!!!!
that was pierce like

He struggled most of the game shooting but still played hard all night.

AMAZING GAME!!! GREAT WIN!!!!

Way to go into the break playing their best ball. They've won 12 of 14 with wins over the Lakers, Memphis, @ Miami, Philadelphia, @ OKC and the Clippers with the losses being road games against a great Houston team and a Pels team playing good ball since Zion started playing.

Yes indeed. And had great focus at the end. Icewater in his veins.
