This is what it sounds like when your all-star point-guard is interested in sticking around.
via bleacherreport.com
The two-time NBA MVP recently went on "The Bill Simmons Podcast" (h/t Yahoo Sports' Ben Rohrbach) and made it clear that he plans on being a Warrior for life.
"For sure I do," Curry said. "This is home. This is where I want to be, for obvious reasons."

1) Curry isn't in a contract year.
2) Kyrie's personality is different.
3) https://nesn.com/2018/08/nba-rumors-kyrie-irving-celtics-have-understanding-regarding-looming-free-agency/
Also, stop with the Click Bait. Thought it was a video of them going head to head or something.

Of course Curry is going to say that. He has 200 million reasons over the next four years to say that. Kyrie is a year away from free agency. Wake up!

He's also spent his entire career with the Warriors, rather than one year.
Actually, Kyrie hasn't even been here for a year - the deal for him was reached on August 23rd last year
-
Totally unfair comparison and I'm not a Kyrie fan.
-
Hahaha. People seeking to complain about Kyrie never cease to amaze me
-
People fear what they don't understand.
Kyrie will have control of his career.
He is genuinely a nice guy, as is Al Horford,Baynes,Theis and Hayward
Kyrie is as mercurial, as his play and whimsical in his interviews.
His character fits NYC and he would bring back electricity to "The Garden" again.New York embraces its characters. Boston understands but lacks the underlying artistic expression of Manhattan . New Yorkers from their dress, to their restaurants, to their music and even the growl and pace that never sleeps.Bars where Hemingway and Norman Mailer drank.Broadway to the Met and Soho
Their is only one NYC.
But Boston is not about showtime its about basketball. I mean the Cape is nice,
Lexington,WellesleyWeston ,Newton,Brookline ,Back Bay all nice places to raise kids.
This is a young sports town if you want a organization that lives for banners, that's GM is part of this storied franchise as a player.Boston it is like Fenway Park and the old Citgo sign.
If Kyrie goes i will be truly sad but i understand.
I like watching Kyrie and would love to add him to the Boston Legends.
I have a phrase "if you love it let it go-if it doesn't come back hunt it down and kill it"
Meaning create a dynasty and terrorize the Knicks.

But Kyrie is Steph's daddy. He ended their 73-9 season, how can we all forget.
Steph needed Kevin Durant to beat Kyrie.

It's all well and good that Curry said that, but it doesn't mean much. He could get traded tomorrow. When his contract is up the Warriors could somehow find themselves on the downswing and a team on the upswing offers him a chance to continue competing, and Curry is lured away. This is literally just pointless 'talk' all for the sake of appeasing a fan base.
I personally just don't care when a player says something like this. It's not binding, so it's not important, nor is it something I need the players on the team I root for to say in order to comforted.
