As of right now Miami in the 6 seed means they would get the sixers round one, bucks round two and then the Celtics.

Heat having to play all top three seeds would kill them. They won’t get out of the first round

Just as long as Miami Heat don't get the 4th, 5th, or 8th seed while Boston is the 1st seed I'm all game.

Fun fact: The 5 players that Terry Rozier stands just ahead of in NBA scoring? The owner of the NBA's richest contract (Jaylen Brown), and 4 former No. 1 overall picks (Cade Cunningham, Karl Anthony Towns, Banchero, Zion W.). Rozier 25th in league in scoring at 23.2 ppg.

Hopefully the Celts can take care of business a little better in the first round this year.  If they can’t beat the Heat in the 2nd round so be it. They need to get over that hump at some point.
Yup

I am happy for Terry Rozier. He has done a good job in a badly run team in Charlotte. He has worked on his game. Developed, improved. He deserves an opportunity to play on a winning program.

Miami is a great fit. Mutually beneficial for player and team.

I hope it goes well for Terry.

My take too.  The guy has always maxed out on his talent.
Yup

Rozier will wind up on Lakers , might take 2-3 years …but I predict him playing there.

Philly and Milwaukee are in a collision course for a second round matchup, but as people have mentioned what's interesting is MIA could easily be the 6 or 7 seed, which would mean a first round matchup for MIA vs. 1 of PHI/MIL. That bodes in our favor. Have them "cannibalize" each other early on while the C's hopefully face a lamb in the first round and then a 2nd tier team like CLE/NYK/IND (won't be easy but come on... we should still beat them in a series otherwise it's a massive fail) before the PHI/MIL/MIA group

It would be nice to see other teams beat up on each other rather than us before advancing. I still think that contributed to our downfall in 2022. GSW didn't have the wars we did to advance.

Yeah. Some of that was our fault too. Blew Game 5 vs MIL and had to go 7 with them. Then against MIA, up 3-2 and it still went into Game 7 on the road. Some of these guys had to play heavy minutes for a long time and it seemed to hurt especially Tatum in the Finals.

Right, we didn't do ourselves any favors. Taking care of business would've helped

Danny got some grief for that pick.
