Great win by the Cs. I feel bad for Dirk—he goes 0-for-10 (including 0-for-8 on threes) in his last game in Boston. And he needed only 2 points to pass Kobe for highest-scoring visiting player of all time in Boston!

I love Dirk.  Great player, champion, class act.  One of my favorite non-Celtics.

Same.  His performance in the 2011 Finals was unbelievable.

Great win.  Hopefully we can put the "Hayward and Jaylen can't coexist" narrative to rest for the weekend.

Still a small sample set, but my guess is that those who were certain the Gordon was done for at least a year, perhaps forever, are not as certain tonight.

It takes time to come back from a horrific injury. Didn't Hayward have a second surgery in March of last year?

Beadles, Pierce, and Billups is a pretty good dynamic.

Pierce: "My rookie year I was cut like Giannis!"  ;D

Yes! He had to get the plate removed because it was causing irritation. So many people just ignore that

Terry had a good game tonight without a good shooting night.
5 rebounds, 7 assists, no turnovers.

Weird stat you would figure is wrong but isn't:

Tatum has led the Celtics in scoring in 5 games this year.

Brown has done it 6 times.

How many of those games was Kyrie out?
Just today.

Wow
Once you are labeled 'the best' you want to stay up there, and you can't do it by loafing around.

35 assists for Boston vs 16 for Dallas there’s the game right there

35 Assists - Amazing.

Pierce & Billups I must say are right on the money with their comments - Kyrie is great and needed last 2 minutes of a tough game, It's the other 46 minutes where his style of play does not fit with the way the rest of the team plays. Also, Pierce commented on the lack of elite defensive effort. Sounds like a lot of what I have been saying all season, which gets turned into some "I hate Kyrie Irving as a person" perception.

I don't hate Kyrie Irving - I love the Boston Celtics.
The Four Celtic Generals:
Russell - Cowens - Bird - Garnett

The Four Celtic Lieutenants:
Cousy - Havlicek - McHale - Pierce

Weird that stat-padding Moses is one of those dudes but you're very quick to dismiss Dirk.

It's got to take at least a year to get back. Hayward is a great player. He can do so many things at a high level.
