I like most of the comparisons. What I will say is that he has Jason Kidd basketball intelligence. Very smart player, no pun.

He has to improve his 3 point shooting for our sake. Otherwise too many of these comparisons don't really work. FWIW Jameer Nelson was also an above average 3 point shooter.

For his sake, I hope he's a better driver.
At least a goldfish with a Lincoln Log on its back goin' across your floor to your sock drawer has a miraculous connotation to it.

*Dons Binky Alert!*

Would love him to end up even a poor man's Sidney Moncrief.

Although, I don't think Smart will be touching Sidney's FG percentages.

Moncrief was the man!  That would be great!!

Ditto.  I just hope that Smart won't have Moncrief's knee problems.  Why isn't he in the hall of fame?  Personally, I think that that's ridiculous, just like what happened with DJ, Artis Gilmore, Bernard King, and even Dominique Wilkins, who somehow didn't make it in on the first ballot :o  What a joke; and if they're going to put Dantley in there, what about Mark Aguirre?  Surely he belongs in Springfield, or am I nuts?

and a much better person.  We don't need any more wife/girlfriend-beaters on this team.  Seriously, can't we just exchange Sully for Randle?
