So I was browsing through my 14,000+ songs on iTunes and realized I hadn't seen probably around 95% of the videos. Videos never really stick in my head, but one that has stuck is "Smack My B**ch Up" by The Prodigy. Great video, very unique, and an outstanding track to boot.

They still make music videos? That's funny because I haven't seen any on MTV or VH-1 in over a decade. I thought they stopped making them.

My brother (Reggies Ghost) and I are actually in the works on a music video for a local Boston hip-hop artist.  So we've been going around youtube looking for videos that are doing something interesting or different.  Here are two I guarantee you will remember after watching:

The Pharcyde - Drop
Directed by Spike Jonze this video is awesome.  This group memorized all the sounds of their lyrics backwards and performed the whole thing in reverse.

Busta Rhymes -
Busta's videos are always really visually amazing and this is one of his best

I also would recommend Gnarles Barkley's "Crazy" video.  And Kanye West's "Through the Wire" (though it has been completely played out as a song) is another groundbreaking music video.  Let me know if you guys agree...

My three favorite of all time are The Buggles - Video Killed the Radio Star, The Beastie Boys - Sabotage and Michael Jackson's Beat It.  I think they were defining moments in music videos.  Not my favorite songs, but defining videos.

That Pharcyde video is great.  For whatever reason my favorite has always been the video for God Lives Underwater - From Your Mouth.  It's just a continuous shot of a guy eating in reverse, but looks very cool  I can't really describe it better than that.
