TP for posting. This put a big smile on my face.
Love D-Wade. Can't stand Reggie. I knew as soon as soon as I saw the dunk that he'd ruin the replay with with his usual garbling.
Tommy: He's got a line about me. Tell him the line.

Mike: Everybody 60 or over knows Tommy as a player. Everybody 40 or over knows Tommy as a coach. Everybody 20 or over knows Tommy as a broadcaster. And everybody 10 or under thinks he's Shrek.

Dunk of the year for sure. That's right up there with the Vince Carter-Frederic Weis posterizing for me.

It was worth two points...Wade celebrated...And they lost.

A great Vince Carteresque moment for Wade.

absolutely vicious dunk, couldn't have happened to a nicer guy.
finkel, im honestly confused by the vince carter line. are you implying that if you throw down a dunk in the first quarter and get an and 1 to put your team up 3, your not allowed to celebrate on the premise that you may lose the game 3 quarters later?

our entire team has had a lot of vince carter moments over the years then, paul and KG in particular during thier respective teams down years.

That's the only thing i can see being implied anyway....because in no other fashion is D-wade, an NBA champion and all around better player than vince ever was, comparable to vinsanity.

Exactly.  It's a great dunk no matter who it was on, but seeing SideShow flop around on the ground afterwards was top shelf.

Varejao might need a penicillin prescription after that dunk.

Great comment from a Heat board:

Varejao had plenty of time to see him coming and set himself up for humiliation.    ;D

I don't like the meaningless celebrating whether it's Wade, Garnett, or anybody else.  Celebrate when the game is over and you won.  To me it's no different than  celebrating a sack in the first quarter.  It's meaningless.  My reference to Tank Carter is that the tankster would celebrate a dunk like that if his team was down 30.

Sure, Jackson lifted him a bit, but wow!  And no celebration either for you purists out there.

...or needs his diaper changed.  Getting dunked on like that is enough to make you crap yourself.
