You probably won't know how good our picks will be in value until after the draft lottery. The Sacramento pick could become Philly's pick on draft lottery day falling into the 20's, not good. The LAC pick could end up as a 2022 second round pick, so could be basically worthless. The Memphis pick could possibly not convey the next two drafts and could become a 2021 1st rounder that could suck if Memphis can get good quick after 1 1/2 years of tanking.
For these reasons, I don't see any team trying to get one of those picks while giving up a very good asset. Maybe the Sac pick but even then if you do trade for the Sac pick before the trade deadline, you probably need to be happy with the fact that Sacramento could get hot after the trade and cost you 3-5 slots in the draft if they do.
