Trade idea for Shaq

I got a trade idea for Shaq.  I think this will be a win win situation for both teams, and Shaq gets more money then min. 

Clev. Gets                                 Boston gets

Big Baby                                   Shaq
Sheed                                      Moon
1st round pick                             Powe

more likely is Shaq and either Moon or Parker for Shaq and a future 1st.

If Baby or Perk is in the deal, then I want Hickson in return.
