I think I would rather have Sam start, but I want Paul Pierce to run the offense when Sam is in there . When we run the ball through Pierce with Pick and Rolls or go down to KG in the low Post we have the best ball movement. When Sam isn't just chucking up shots off the dribble he is actually a half way decent shooter. Remember game 1 and 2 VS Clevland? Sam hit some big 3's early on in that series, but he did it within the flow of the offense and by getting wide open shots off of passes from his teammates.

By starting Sam we can then use Eddie off the bench as a spark plug especially if Sam isn't playing within the flow of the offense .

Rondo isn't going to miss Game 4.  However, hypothetically, Eddie should get the bulk of the minutes.  Sam should only be used in the playoffs from here on out in absolute emergency situations; I'd rather have Tony getting playing time than him.

As mentioned elsewhere, Sam is shooting 26% in the past three series, and isn't making any other positive contributions.  He shouldn't sniff the court.

I agree with Hobbs. I'd much rather see Tony Allen play PG then Sam Cassell.

Rondo is fine

I'm not concerned about his health. He'll be ready to play and in good game shape.

Rondo is playing.

House is the backup now.  There isn't the ball pressure that hurts House at PG.

I think Rondo will be fine...Eddie spreads the floor better, whereas Sam keeps thing packed in to much.
